FOR ME

When you’re one of a kind, meeting
kindred spirits can be tough.
Where are all the tomboys in organza? The goth surfer girls?
The couture-clad party chicks with goofy dance floor moves?
Allow us to introduce you to Guinevere. She’s not a
person; she’s
a line of hand-painted and letterpress prints, cards, and custom stationery.
Old-world methods combined with quirkiness yield stunning results: creamy,
textured heavy-stock invites with richly colored images
and words, and notes that resemble abstract dream-landscapes.
But you’ll really love the trio of Guinevere’s made-up friends: Harvey
(based on a cat who could never quite make it to the litter box), Kimberly (modeled
after a nearly hairless childhood doll), and Jessica (inspired by a character
from Logan’s Run) appear on a whole line of their own cards and limited-edition
prints. These little buddies inhabit a rarely seen world where cuteness,
weirdness, staunch tradition, and modern sensibility converge.
In other words, you’ll be very pleased to meet them.
