RETURN POLICY
At guinevere, we simply want you to be happy with your purchase. If any guinevere.guink.com
website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) in
the original, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly
exchange your item or refund the purchase price via the original purchase method.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders. We do not accept
COD returns. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We prefer
returns be sent to guinevere via US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation
(for tracking purposes). Ship unused item(s) along with original Guinevere packaging/label
and a copy of your invoice and ship your return to: Guinevere, Attn: Returns
Dept. 1338 Abbot Kinney Blvd. Venice, California 90291. All we need to know is
whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you choose a refund, and used
a credit card, please fill in the credit card number and expiration date on the
invoice copy. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise
that is sent back to us after 30 days, any merchandise that has been used, any
merchandise that is not in its original new condition, or any merchandise that
was not purchased from Guinevere.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Guinevere ships all packages via US Mail/Insured/Delivery
Confirmation. If you would like your order shipped via
another method, please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We gladly ship anywhere in the world. International shipping
charges will be added to an international purchase and
we will contact you via email after we have received your
order. Shipping charges are determined by package weight,
package size, and destination. Guinevere ships all
international orders via US Postal Service and these packages
take an average of two weeks to reach their destination.
We do insure our international packages but we cannot be
responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they
are shipped to an international destination. International
customers are responsible for any customs charges. When
ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all information
on your order form is complete, correct, and current.
CUSTOM + SPECIAL ORDERS
If you would like a custom invitation, announcement, stationery
or design please contact Guinevere to discuss your order.
Pricing varies and custom orders can take up
to six weeks for delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS
We go to great lengths to ensure accuracy in our product
descriptions and photos of the products we
sell. However, slight discripencies can and do occur. Guinevere
images have been color corrected to give a true representation
of each product, but due to the individual monitor
settings, color accuracy may vary from monitor to monitor.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified
promptly and we will let you know the aproximate shipping
date. Back ordered items are shipped promptly upon completion.

California State residents are automatically charged applicable
